Does this sound like you?

  • Are you often feeling stressed and overwhelmed?
  • Looking to improve your quality of life?
  • Struggling to find the right balance between work and rest?

We all have ‘habits’ – bad and good. These are rituals and behaviours we do automatically. Some unconscious actions keep us safe, healthy and active. However, it’s only human to fall into negative habits that impact badly on our health too.

The first thing to understand is that you can change those habits. Particularly if you ‘swap’ that behaviour for an alternative one that has a more positive and enriching result. This is vital if your poor habit is creating long term health issues!

This challenge will teach you to plan, enact, assess and maintain habits

You are exchanging your unhealthy behaviour, for a healthy one. So, deciding what you are putting in place to support your motivation is important. You’ll learn how celebrate each step of the process, increasing your sense of achievement as you reach milestones or noticeable changes to your physical or mental health.

This challenge is not just about setting habits, but about maintaining them.

"I am so grateful I met Joanna. I felt great after the first session. My friend told me about cognitive behaviour therapy and referred me to Joanna. The booking process was fast and the lady at the reception was very kind, I started psychology therapy immediately. I am so relieved that I have learned some useful therapeutic techniques for my panic attacks. Thank you so much Joanna, you changed my life."

" One of the best psychologists in town! I had psychotherapy for years and I couldn’t overcome my passion for food and the bad habit of emotional eating. When I started psychotherapy with Joanna she used psychoeducation and taught me about cognitive and behaviour techniques I could use when I feel stressed and isolated at work. Now I have a better mood and energy. "
